From Frustration to Confidence

When this client first came to us, they weren’t just looking for warehouse space; they were looking for relief.

Their previous 3PL was creating real operational stress:

  • FIFO wasn’t being followed consistently

  • Orders were being misshipped

  • Product damage was becoming a pattern

These weren’t small hiccups. They were affecting customer relationships, increasing returns, and creating uncertainty across their supply chain.

They needed a partner who would take ownership and not just inventory.

What We Fixed

Getting FIFO Right, Every Time

We built true FIFO controls directly into our Warehouse Management System. Lot tracking, receipt dates, and required scans. Everything is system-driven and operator-validated.

No shortcuts. No assumptions. Just disciplined execution.

Raising Shipping Accuracy to 96–100%

We implemented structured outbound scanning protocols so every order is verified before it leaves the building.

Each shipment is scanned, validated in the WMS, and measured monthly. The result? Consistent outbound accuracy between 96% and 100%.

Adding a Final Check at the Dock Door

We’re currently rolling out additional verification technology that scans units as they cross the dock door and cross-references them in real time against the outbound order.

If it’s not right, it doesn’t ship.

That final checkpoint dramatically reduces the risk of mis-shipments.

Protecting Product Quality

We also invested in upgraded unloading equipment designed specifically to reduce product impact and handling damage.

Quality isn’t something we cross our fingers for; it’s something we engineer into the process.

The Result

Today, this client experiences:

✔ Consistent FIFO compliance
✔ 96–100% monthly outbound accuracy
✔ Reduced product damage
✔ Real-time visibility into inventory and shipments
✔ A warehouse partner that operates like part of their team

What They Had to Say

“We came to them with real operational pain. FIFO failures, mis-shipments, and quality issues that were affecting our customers.

They didn’t just store our product they built controls around it. Their WMS discipline, outbound scanning processes, and investment in quality equipment gave us confidence back in our supply chain.

They operate like part of our team, not just a warehouse.”
